The Carterton Food Angels are a small group of volunteers. Whilst we can manage the Food Bank side of things any help from local residents with the Warm Space - Hub would be much appreciated. If you feel you can offer some time on a Wednesday, to assist serving, meet and greet or even assist with the cooking and food preparation it would be good to hear from you.

St Johns the Evangelist Primary School, A-Z Donations!

Students of St Johns donated hundreds of ambient goods to us, they were set a task by their teachers to find a food for every letter in the alphabet! But of course they set the challenge to try and find the most unusual products for certain letters! We were so thankful for these donations! They did a fantastic job with it! Thank you students of St Johns!

Matthew, November 2020

A big and special thank you to this superstar, called Matthew! Matthew saw us on Facebook during the October half term and decided to sell his toys that he didn't need anymore and raise some funds for us!

Matthew did such a fabulous job that he raised £23.60 for us, in which he hand delivered to us during the October half-term when we were handing out lunch/dinner parcels for the school children.

You did a great job Matthew, you are a superstar!

Harvest Festival Donations, November 2021!

From the Carterton Harvest Festival, we got a generous donation of ambient goods! All the donations were donated by the Carterton public and collected in St Joseph's Church! We were so warmed by the public's generosity and kindness!

JS Vehicle Rental, June 2021!

A big shoutout to JS Van rental for being kind, generous and amazing, they let us borrow a tailgate van to help move our big commercial food bank freezer to our new location! This was all on very short notice and for free!

They were lifesavers and such a great local business!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Cook, Witney, January 2024

The lovely workers at Cook in Witney have been donating leftover meals for us to use in The Hub on Wednesdays. So far we have had a huge variety of frozen healthy meals from them! Meals like Lasagna (vegetable and meat), cottage pie, green Thai curry, chicken satay, shepherds pie and beef bouillon. These meals have been a huge hit with our customers that visit The Hub! This is a great partnership so far, Thank you!
